Processing Time

  • Orders are prepared fresh after they are received.
  • Please allow 1–3 business days for order preparation before shipping or delivery.
  • During holidays or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location.
  • Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been dispatched.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address and contact information.

Freshness

  • Our products are carefully packaged to help maintain freshness during transit.
  • Because our products are perishable, we recommend that someone is available to receive the order upon delivery.

Delayed Deliveries

Roots N Rooms is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Refund Policy

    Due to the nature of our fresh and perishable food products, all sales are generally final.

    Refunds may be considered only if:

    • You receive the wrong item.
    • Your order arrives damaged due to our packaging.
    • Your order is incomplete.
    • The product is spoiled upon arrival due to an issue on our end.

    Requesting a Refund

    To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include:

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the product and packaging
    • A brief description of the issue

    If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

    Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Change of mind
    • Personal taste preferences
    • Orders that were left unattended after delivery
    • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Returns

For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any perishable food or beverage items.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered if:

  • The incorrect product was delivered.
  • The product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Customers must notify us within 24 hours and provide supporting photographs.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided preparation has not yet begun.

Once production or packaging has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.
