Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Clearance or sale items (unless received damaged or defective).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Once your refund request is approved and the returned item has been inspected, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production or shipping has not yet begun.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was sent.
- The customer wishes to exchange for a different size, colour, or style (subject to product availability).
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Handmade Product Notice
As each item is handmade, slight variations in colour, texture, size, or design may occur. These natural differences make every piece unique and are not considered defects.
