Shipping Policy
At Herbal n’ Noble, we take pride in the handmade nature of our products. To ensure each batch meets our high standards of quality and safety, we follow a deliberate fulfilment process.
- Processing Time: All orders are generally processed within 3 to 7 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may vary to ensure the integrity of your hand-crafted solutions. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize the quality of every batch.
- Delivery Estimates: For local orders within Jamaica, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days once dispatched. For international orders, delivery generally ranges from 7 to 21 business days. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and vary depending on your specific location and the courier's schedule.
- Shipping Costs & International Duties: All shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. For international orders, Herbal n’ Noble is not responsible for any custom duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer to release the package from customs.
- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Herbal n’ Noble is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
- Carrier & Delivery Responsibility: We want you to receive your order safely and promptly. However, once a package is handed over to our courier, the responsibility for its transit and safe arrival lies with the carrier. Herbal n’ Noble is not liable for items lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. Additionally, once a package is officially marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, our responsibility for the package ends. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, we are unable to provide a refund or replacement. We kindly suggest shipping to a secure location where your order can be safely received.

- Local Delivery Service (Other Parishes via Knutsford): $1500 - $$2500
Refund Policy
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and our commitment to the health of our sensitive-skin community, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the safety of all customers.
- Eligibility: We only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive defective, damaged, or if the incorrect product was sent. We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or used products.
- Notification Window: Any issues must be reported to us within 5 business days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Required Documentation: To initiate a claim, please email us at info@herbalnnoble.com with your Order Number and “Refund/Return Request” in the subject line. We require a copy of your invoice/receipt and clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect item. This documentation is required to verify the issue and improve our fulfilment process.
- Processing: Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, or a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
Return Shipping: In the event that a physical return is requested by us for inspection, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
t Herbal n’ Noble, we begin preparing your handmade orders shortly after they are placed to ensure timely delivery.
- Cancellation Window: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once this 24-hour window has passed, the order is entered into our production and fulfilment cycle and can no longer be cancelled or modified.
- How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email us at info@herbalnnoble.com with your Order Number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.
Refunds on Cancellations: If your cancellation is requested within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
